We do not provide generic, static meal plans. Instead, we develop a proprietary LifeFit Fueling Map. This is a dynamic, data-driven curriculum that evolves as your training intensity increases, prioritizing bioavailable nutrients and sustainable lifestyle integration.
Where do the nutritional field work sessions take place?
We believe in "Environmental Strategy." Our 1-on-1 sessions occur at our Ronkonkoma studio, in your home kitchen for pantry audits, or at local supermarkets in Suffolk County (including Holbrook, Sayville, and Smithtown) to practice real-world food selection.
Is this safe for those with clinical medical conditions?
Yes. We operate as a clinical-adjacent service. For clients with specific medical concerns, we coordinate with our RN Liaison to ensure your nutritional strategy aligns with your physician’s recommendations and your metabolic history.
Can I do 1-on-1 consultations if I am outside of Long Island?
While our physical field work is centered in Central Suffolk County, we offer comprehensive virtual strategy consultations for clients across New York State. You will still receive the physical LifeFit Workbook and 1-on-1 coaching via our secure platform.
