Congratulations! You are officially confirmed for your assessment. To ensure a smooth start, please keep the following in mind:

  • Calendar Invites: You will receive weekly invites via email. Please accept these invites to ensure reminders are synced to your device.

  • Session Previews: Before every session, I’ll send a brief email outlining exactly what we will cover so you know what to expect.

  • Program Details: For a full refresher on your program perks, you can refer back to your LifeFit Fitness Consultation Assessment Package.

Intake & Preparation

To help us hit the ground running, please complete the forms below prior to our meeting. This allows me to review your history in advance and dedicate our entire session to your movement.

Note: If you prefer paper or run out of time, don’t worry! I will have hard copies waiting for you at the studio. Just let me know if you’d like to arrive a few minutes early to fill them out in person.

Your assessment takes place at The Hub, our private home studio. Designed for total privacy and safety, The Hub features a professional training floor and a dedicated recovery suite equipped with infrared light therapy and compression technology.

Preparing for Your Session

  • Attire: Please wear comfortable athletic clothing.

  • Footwear: We will perform a portion of the movement screen barefoot to analyze your mechanics from the ground up.

  • Intensity: This is an information-gathering session, not a high-intensity workout. While we will be moving, our focus is on data and mechanics rather than exertion.

  • Amenities: Cold water and fresh towel service are provided.

This deep dive allows us to understand exactly where you are today, so we can map out the most efficient path to where you want to be.

What to Expect

What Your 90-Minute Session Covers

We maximize our time together by looking at the "whole picture." We aren't just jumping into reps; we are building a foundation.

  • The Consultation: we’ll discuss the factors that impact your results outside of the gym—like sleep quality, nutrition, and stress levels. By establishing these real-world metrics, we ensure your program fits your actual life.

  • The Movement Screen: I will conduct an in-depth analysis of how your body moves. We’ll identify your structural strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and uncover imbalances that might be holding you back.

This data allows me to synthesize a roadmap for your longevity that is much more than just a workout plan—it’s a strategy for total movement confidence.
